I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine’s Day. It is extra nice when these holidays fall on the weekend. Most of us don’t have to watch the clock quite so closely so the day can be a bit more relaxing! I hope you all enjoyed the chocolates and the roses and perhaps even a few chocolate roses. The best part is always the hand made valentines that the little ones present us with.
It was a wonderful weekend at our house. Our Grandchildren from the Chicago area spent the weekend here. They wanted to see their cousin’s basketball game on Friday night and they made it just in time! They brought their dog, a gorgeous Golden Retriever named Luke, along. What fun the dogs had in the snow!
My Granddaughter loves to play hotel. So that is one of the activities that we enjoyed. The best part of that adventure is that she is the “Owner/Manager” and I am the guest! Room Service was never so sweet!
